Our private training option is a great way for you to work on your individual and specific goals! During this program, you will be coached by one of our expert fitness trainers. Your trainer will aim to focus all the attention on building your knowledge of your personalized fitness program.  We will show you how you can maximize your results by optimizing your strengths, while taking into consideration any limitations or areas of improvement. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn how to start a healthy journey, or a fitness veteran looking for an exciting new challenge, Fitness Elite has the expertise and environment to support and achieve your fitness goals! GROUP TRAINING

Small Groups with Great BIG advantages!

​In group training, clients have a more affordable option of receiving great guidance as a group. Group training utilizes a “buddy system” approach. When people train together they connect and create great camaraderie in an energetic atmosphere and become a member of the FE team.  Find out how you can become a part of these great groups while achieving your personal goals!
